About
Ginger — your P21 AI assistant
An AI assistant that speaks Prophet 21. Ginger reads live ERP data, answers in plain English, and executes transactions — always with your approval first.
What is she?
Ginger is the AI assistant behind Profit21 NextLevel. She is connected to a live Epicor Prophet 21 ERP and understands its data model — so instead of hunting through menus or building reports, you just ask. Ginger translates your question into the right P21 queries, runs them against the live database, and answers in plain English.
She isn't read-only, either. Ginger can create sales orders, receive purchase orders, confirm shipments, and post inventory adjustments — real P21 transactions. Every write follows the same rule: she shows you the exact transaction first, and nothing happens until you approve it.
What Ginger can do
Ask in Plain English
No report builder, no SQL, no menus. Ask "which customers are past 90 days?" or "what did we sell to Acme last quarter?" and Ginger queries the live P21 database and answers in seconds.
Live Prophet 21 Data
Ginger reads directly from the running P21 SQL Server database — customers, inventory, orders, purchasing, AR/AP, and GL. The answer reflects the system as it is right now, not last night’s export.
Writes With Your Approval
Ginger can create orders, post inventory receipts, ship pick tickets, and post cycle-count adjustments — but she always shows you exactly what she’s about to do and waits for your approval before touching P21.
Wired Into Every Tool
The operational pages — Cycle Counts, Automatic Shipping, PO Requirements, Add an Item, AR Trial Balance — hand their work to Ginger with one click, pre-filled and ready for your go-ahead.
Things you can ask her
“Which customers have invoices past 90 days, and how much do they owe?”
“Receive everything on PO 118432 using the default quantities.”
“What’s our on-hand quantity and average cost for item FLG-150-RF?”
“Create a sales order for Riverside Supply — 20 of item VLV-200, ship from the main branch.”
“Which suppliers were late on deliveries last month?”
“Post the cycle-count adjustment for the items I just counted.”
